Shipping Policy
At Essesle, we’re committed to delivering every order with care, clarity, and consistency. Below is our standard shipping timeline:
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 to 6 business days. During peak periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer, but we always strive to ship as quickly as possible.
2. Transit Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, transit time typically ranges between 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location and the selected carrier.
3. Total Estimated Delivery Time
From the moment your order is placed, you can expect delivery within 6 to 9 business days.
4. Shipping Fee
A flat shipping fee of $5 applies to all orders, both domestic and international.
We believe great service extends beyond quality products which is why we ensure every order is shipped reliably affordably and on time. Our payment policy is designed to provide you with the best information about how we process ship and track your orders. No matter where you shop from a large city or small town within the United States, we make an effort to have your order safely delivered on time and in full disclosure.
5. Where We Ship
We ship within the United States at this time only. This includes:
All 50 U.S. states
Urban, suburban, and rural areas
P.O. Boxes (via USPS only)
excluding APO/FPO military addresses at this time
We are in the process of arranging for our service to be available to overseas destinations in the future. When shipping overseas becomes available, it will be announced on our website and through our newsletter.
6. Shipping Fee Structure
We charge a flat rate of $5.00 USD on every order. This flat rate is charged regardless of the number of items, package dimensions or the value of the order total. This flat rate allows us to give our customers consistency, predictability, and affordability.
Important Note: Shipping charges are not refundable, except in the event of cancellation of the order by us due to delivery restrictions or stock availability.
7. Payment and Order Confirmation
All the payments are advanced via PayPal, a secure and reliable world payment gateway. Once you confirm your payment, you will be issued with:
Order confirmation email
Stripe payment receipt
Estimated dispatch time (usually 1–2 business days)
Make sure your Stripe account and shipping address are properly filled when making your purchase since address errors can result in missed deliveries or failed deliveries.
8. Processing Time
Orders are fulfilled on business days only: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (EST). Weekend orders or holiday public orders are fulfilled the next business day.
Standard processing time:
1–2 business days upon receiving payment
High-volume orders or custom orders may take an additional 24–48 hours
We take care in inspecting, packing, and marking your order before it ships out of our warehouse.
9. Delivery Timeframes
Once shipped, standard shipping time across the United States is:
6 to 9 business days (via USPS, UPS or FedEx)
Rural towns or rural areas will take a little longer
In times of holidays or high seasons, shipping can be delayed by 1–3 business days
These times are estimates, and delivery dates may be various depending on your location and performance from carriers.
10. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, which may be:
Carrier name (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
Tracking number (a set of letters and numbers that is probably case-sensitive)
Estimated delivery date
Direct link to the carrier‘s tracking page
You can track your order at any time after shipping to check its status. Allow 24 hours from shipping before expecting tracking status to become active.
11. Shipping Carriers Used
We use primarily the following carriers for domestic shipping:
USPS (United States Postal Service)
UPS (United Parcel Service)
FedEx
Your location, package size, and most convenient shipping option at the time determine your carrier of choice.
12. Signature Requirements
Most orders will not require signature requirements. We also have the right to require a signature on valuable and custom orders to protect against theft and provide safe delivery.
If no one is available when the package is delivered, the carrier may leave the package in your door or in a secure location in their judgment.
13. Address Accuracy
You will be responsible for entering the correct shipping address when placing an order. Verify all areas of the address, including:
Street name and number
Apartment or unit number
City, State, and ZIP code
Essesle is not responsible for late or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If the package is returned, there will be a re-shipping fee.
14. Delays & Issues in Delivery
We make every effort to deliver on time, yet delays sometimes cannot be helped due to:
Severe weather
Carrier delays
Heavy volumes during holiday seasons or sales
Public holidays
If your order has not been delivered in 10 business days from sending, please contact our support team to help.
15. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is visibly damaged or lost in transit, please follow these steps:
Take clear photos of damaged packaging or item
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@essesle.com
Insert your order number and tracking information
We shall work with the carrier to investigate and rectify the issue. In verified cases, we are able to offer a replacement or store credit.
16. Lost or Stolen Deliveries
When a package is “Delivered“ by the carrier but cannot be located, we recommend:
Checking with neighbors or family members
Looking at security camera images (if available)
Contacting the carrier directly to initiate a query
Essesle is not liable for stolen packages. However, we can assist you in getting the problem resolved with the delivery courier.
17. Multiple Packages
Some orders will be split into multiple shipments for faster handling. In that case:
You‘ll receive separate tracking numbers
All shipments will ship at no additional shipping fees
Packages may arrive on various days
18. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. Boxes only via USPS. If you enter a P.O. Box in checkout, your order can be automatically shipped via USPS to ensure proper delivery.
19. Shipping Restriction Cancellations
In rare circumstances, we are unable to ship to your address due to shipping limitations. When this occurs:
You will be notified immediately
There will be a complete refund via Stripe
You may be offered a different shipping option (if available)
20. Holiday Shipping Notice
Please expect longer delivery times in peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, New Year‘s). Holiday orders must be placed at least 10 business days before on time delivery.
21. Returns and Exchanges
For full details on return, replacement, and refund, kindly refer to our [Return & Refund Policy]. Do note that shipping fee is non-refundable, except in the event of a mistake on our part.
22. Order Changes Post-Checkout
We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed. If you discover an error in your shipping information or product selection, please notify us immediately preferably within 2 hours of payment.

This Shipping Policy is modified at any moment without notice. Changes will be reflected on this page, as well as on the effective date.
