Our headquarter is located in the United States, and we ship to most of the globe. We process and ship all our orders from our U.S. warehouse.

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No. Since we are an online U.S based store, all payments must be made in advance at the time of checkout using secure online payment platforms.

8. Am I going to have to pay customs or import duties?

Depending upon your location in the world, customs fees or import charges may be applicable. These are the customers obligation and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Yes. Once you ship your order, we will provide you with an email containing a link to track your package in real time.

10. Can an order be canceled or modified after payment?

Orders can be modified or canceled only within 12 hours of orders being submitted. The orders are then processed automatically and cannot be modified thereafter.

11. What is your refund policy?

We offer a refund for unused unworn merchandise within 14 days of delivery. To exchange merchandise, kindly email our support team at support@essesle.com. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the merchandise is defective or incorrect.

12. How can I exchange a product?

In case you need a different size or color, kindly let us know. Exchanges in most cases are processed as returns + fresh purchases since we do track inventory.

13. My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?

Were sorry to hear that! Simply email us at support@essesle.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number and a photo. Well have it sorted ASAP.

15. Do you offer free shipping?

We offer flat-rate shipping of $5 on all orders both domestic and international.
Shipping costs are added at checkout and apply regardless of order total.
